So this morning the famed BBC have a new report saying banks are ripping just about everyone off (I exclude shareholders)

Well done BBC. But i would prefer to say that most large corporate companies are only looking after their share holders and not the consumers.......banks, petrol companies, ISP's and such like.........
I take your point but if we were more carefull about how we lent and borrowed money we could stop this rip off at least.
If people moved their money to a better deal people like ING would just give a better rate.
It is that easy!
We are to blame for being complacent.
